Frances slipped and fell whilst dancing during our Burns Night Ceiledh last Friday, but continued to enjoy the rest of the evening.

Her knee took most of the strain and became more painful as the weekend progressed. I took her to the Medical Centre on Monday and then on to Urgencias at Denia Hospital. After further tests and examination I’m pleased to say that no serious damage had been done, but Frances was advised to rest her knee and she will not be bowling for a couple of months.
