Dear Bowlers
Please find attached a revised schedule showing colours of stickers that the Finalists need to have on their bowls for their respective matches. Normally bowlers coming from the Top of the draw would have Blue and the opposition Red. Most of the games do follow this format , however this year as we have a number of Bowlers playing in more than one Discipline we have decided that whatever colour these Bowlers have for the first game they will keep throughout the weekend to avoid having to swap stickers in between games.
Finalists – stickers will be available from the cabin so please collect them before your game.
As in previous rounds we will be using all Rinks for the draw with the exception of Rink 1 which we feel is to close to the hustle and bustle of the Terrace and could be a distraction for the Bowlers
As you will have seen from her email Petra as usual has excelled with her weekend menu so we will all be well fed as we watch some great games so please make every effort to support our finalists and our Club.
I would also like to thank Bob Cockell for arranging the Umpires and Markers and a big thank you to these individuals for agreeing to perform these roles to make the games run smoothly.
The presentation of all Prizes will follow the last games on Sunday afternoon
