This Club processes, stores and uses personal information which will only be used or disclosed for the primary purposes for which it was collected – the running and administration of the Bowls Club, in accordance with the principles set out in our Club Statutes and Rule Book.
Individual members’ data is held only for as long as required in order for the Club to conduct its business, and in the event of membership not being renewed for any reason, personal information will be removed from the Club’s database.
